- RT Pastry House Sdn Bhd was established on 2003.
- Bakery company that provides newly concept of Japanese and Taiwan style of the cake, bread, pastry and desserts.


Market situation
- RT Pastry House’s target market is female customers between the ages of 25 and 45.
- RT Pastry House Sdn Bhd pioneer located its operations in Taman Desa - Kuala Lumpur, after that the bakery has expanded its business to other areas in the Klang Valley, namely, Subang Jaya, Bandar Puchong Jaya and Bandar Baru Klang.


Issue and Problems:
- The shop is pretty small and there is difficulty for 2 people to squeeze through the display aisle together.
- The web design is not impressive to attract the target audience..
- The pastry house is not known even it’s delicious.
- Their target audience is too narrow.


Ideas/Concepts:
- Create a more attractive website for it. More in Taiwan or Japanese style.
- Promote about those cakes/breads are using natural ingredients as opposed to preservatives and coloring.
- Re-position the target audience not only on female customers.

- GEORGETOWN WHITE COFFEE ~ The Heritage of Penang was first established in Komtar Walk, Penang on December 2008.
- Homemade recipe of many varieties hawker cuisine and coffee certainly can fulfill your taste buds desire.
- Variety choices of White Coffee, Penang Char Koay Teow, Roti Toast, and much more delectable foods bring back fond memories for you.


Market situation :
- First Georgetown White Coffee located its operations in Komtar Walk- Penang, and the follow by Alor Star Mall, Wangsa Walk Mall, Teluk Intan, Jaya 33, Petaling Jaya and Sunway Pyramid.
- Unique selling point : Combined all the traditional famous Penang hawker foods as well as blend in our regionally grown white coffee to complement the meal.


Issue and Problems:
- The Georgetown White Coffee’s logo is almost same with the Old town white Coffee.
- There are not much choices of food in Georgetown White Coffee’s menu.
- The website of Georgetown White Coffee is not impressive.
- The design of the menu is not attractive.
- Seldom people know Georgetown White Coffee.


Ideas/Concepts:
- Re-design the logo and menu
- Re-branding the restaurant
- The website should have more colors, so that it can be more attractive.
- Create more value promotion or membership.

- The 1901, which began operations in 1998, is now 40% owned by MyFranchise.
- The 1901 operates in three concepts, namely snack cafe, mobile kiosk and pushcart. 
- 1901 hot dogs are “Halal” certified and cater to all walks of life.


Market situation:
- From the first pushcart, 1901 now has grown by leaps and bounds with over 70 outlets by 2007. 
- It is mostly targeted to the teenagers.


Issue and Problems:
- The logo unable to gain attention
- The Website is not impressive
- Packaging can be more attractive


Ideas/Concepts:
- Re-design the logo
- More animation on the website to look more attractive.
- Create some promotion for it.
- Re-design the Packaging.
